Job Description

-Drives sales and profitability performance of lubes business in the Country

-Identifies, plans, agrees and implements new business development opportunities, marketing, sales, revenues leavers and efficiency within the Lubricants business

-Key player inventory management, pricing, profitability and volume growth agenda

-Manages Lubricants supply chain interface, focusing on performance by creating performance measures, having periodical reviews to optimize results or to effect consequences where needed.

-Contributes strongly in implementing the total fluid Management offer within the Country.

-Manages contractual agreements, ensuring that defined responsibilities and accountabilities are effected

-Extract and maximizes value of existing business by building and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple levels of stake holders including customer management teams and key operational departments

-Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use

-Key Responsibilities:
